Quality Policy

It is important to undergo a final fitting, prior to picking up an altered garment. The Wardrobe Clinic cannot guarantee proper fit to the customer’s satisfaction, if the customer does not appear for a final fitting.  

In instances where the customer chooses not to have a final fitting, all alteration work will be considered complete, and a refund will not be considered.  

Should the customer wish to come in at a later date to have additional alteration work done on the same garment, appropriate charges will be assessed. The Wardrobe Clinic reserves the right to refuse business, and is under no obligation for future alteration work on the garment in question.  

We offer credit towards future alteration(s), only.  

THERE IS NO REFUND AFTER ALTERATIONS ARE COMPLETED. 

The client must inform the waadrobe clinic that he or she is unhappy with the service before leave our office before we start the process for credit.
