1-No Refund after 24 hours after appointment
2- All alterations are paid upfront before work begins
3- We not responsible Clothing item that has not
been retrieved or picked up after 30th days.
4-NO REFUND only if customer returns for credit for future alteration services.
It is important to undergo a final fitting, prior to picking up an altered garment. The Wardrobe Clinic cannot guarantee proper fit to the customer’s satisfaction, if the customer does not appear for a final fitting.
In instances where the customer chooses not to have a final fitting, all alteration work will be considered complete, and a refund will not be considered. Should the customer wish to come in at a later date to have additional alteration work done on the same garment, appropriate charges will be assessed. The Wardrobe Clinic reserves the right to refuse business, and is under no obligation for future alteration work on the garment in question. We offer credit towards future alteration(s), only.

Wardrobe Clinic Service Process:
Step #1 Make appointment online with a garment photo describing the problems.
Step #2 Talk by phone the problems and decide Office or Home Visit for fitting.
{Must have undergarment for proper fitting and shoes for length, dress shirt for jacket fitting.}
Step #3 Process the alterations with full payment for the services and with the understanding of our no refunds policy.
Step #4 Return on date for second fitting for adjustments and third fitting for pickup.
Step #5 If changes are needed a new date and time will be given.
Step #6 write a google review about our service with a selfee photo.
Spep #7 Refer 10 friends in ten 7 days and recieve $50 service credit for next visit.
