Company Policy
Key policy points:
1-No Refund after 24 hours after appointment
2- All alterations are paid upfront before work begins
3- We not responsible Clothing item that has not
been retrieved or picked up after 30th days.
4-NO REFUND only if customer returns for credit for future alteration services.
It is important to undergo a final fitting, prior to picking up an altered garment. The Wardrobe Clinic cannot guarantee proper fit to the customer’s satisfaction, if the customer does not appear for a final fitting.
In instances where the customer chooses not to have a final fitting, all alteration work will be considered complete, and a refund will not be considered. Should the customer wish to come in at a later date to have additional alteration work done on the same garment, appropriate charges will be assessed. The Wardrobe Clinic reserves the right to refuse business, and is under no obligation for future alteration work on the garment in question. We offer credit towards future alteration(s), only.
We are not responsible for items not picked up pasted 30 days.
Customer are required to dry clean all items after alterations and repairs
Alterations Service Steps:
Step #1 Make appointment online or text
Step #2 Come in for pin-up and marking for alterations
Step #3 Process the alterations with full payment before services
Step #4 Return for review of alterations for changes or pick up item
Step #5 If changes are needed a date and time are at this time fore client deadline
