Alterations Service Steps:
Step #1 Make appointment online with garment photos
Step #2 Come in for wardrobe fitting for alterations
Step #3 Process the alterations with pickup date along full payment of services
Step #4 Return for pickup of alterations or for more changes
Step #5 If changes are needed new a date and time for pickup before deadline
Step #6 write a review of of the service and refer new customers for credit points
Company Policy
Key policy points:
1-No Refund after 24 hours after appointment
2- All alterations are paid upfront before work begins
3- We not responsible Clothing item that has not
been retrieved or picked up after 30th days.
4-NO REFUND only if customer returns for credit for future alteration services.
It is important to undergo a final fitting, prior to picking up an altered garment. The Wardrobe Clinic cannot guarantee proper fit to the customer’s satisfaction, if the customer does not appear for a final fitting.
In instances where the customer chooses not to have a final fitting, all alteration work will be considered complete, and a refund will not be considered. Should the customer wish to come in at a later date to have additional alteration work done on the same garment, appropriate charges will be assessed. The Wardrobe Clinic reserves the right to refuse business, and is under no obligation for future alteration work on the garment in question. We offer credit towards future alteration(s), only.
We are not responsible for items not picked up pasted 30 days.
Customer are required to dry clean all items after alterations and repairs

I had a dress that I really liked but the problem was that it was a bit small so I brought it in to them and they were willing to work with me and make the dress look awesome. They were willing to work me and on cost and stuff and overall, they were very sweet people people. I felt very comfortable at this place. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first experience of tailoring and it was wonderful. Ron Wilch is super skilled and is a true expert of his craft. I felt very welcome and listened to when I was describing and showing the changes I wanted done to my pieces. He was extremely technical and careful with my pieces.
